These Terms govern your use of all applications created and operated by bloxlog.org. By using any of our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the relevant application.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using any application made by bloxlog.org, you confirm you understand and agree to these Terms.
If you're using one of our applications on behalf of a server, group, or organisation, you confirm you have the appropriate permission to do so.
About Our Applications
bloxlog.org develops and operates multiple applications for the Fluxer platform, including Bloxlog and Bloxlog Automod. These Terms apply to all current and future applications made by bloxlog.org unless a specific application publishes its own separate terms.
Our applications operate within the Fluxer platform and do not modify server data, act on behalf of users beyond their configured permissions, or control the environments they are installed in.
Use of BloxLog
You may only use our applications where you have appropriate permission to install and operate them. You're responsible for making sure your use complies with any rules or policies that apply to you, including those of the Fluxer platform.
Application Commands
Our applications work through commands and interactions within the Fluxer platform. Commands and features may change as applications are updated — we don't guarantee every feature will be available permanently.
Audit Events
Applications that provide audit or moderation functionality record server-related events needed to deliver that functionality. Availability and accuracy depend on information provided by Fluxer and the permissions granted to each application.
We cannot guarantee every event will be captured or available at all times. Our applications are a useful tool but should not be treated as a guaranteed or legally authoritative record of server activity.
Data Handling
Some bloxlog.org applications collect and store data as part of their core functionality — for example, audit log records, moderation event logs, server configuration, and user identifiers involved in logged events. This data is used to provide the relevant features and to help our developers improve all applications.
We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for the application to function. Full details of what is collected, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
Our applications are provided on an "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation — service may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues outside our control, including changes to the Fluxer platform itself.
Your Responsibilities
When using any bloxlog.org application, you're responsible for:
- Making sure you have permission to install and use it in your server
- Configuring the application correctly for your environment
- Reviewing and handling any logged or collected information appropriately
- Controlling who can access your server environment and the application's outputs
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including those relating to data protection
Our applications are tools to assist with server management — they are not a substitute for it.
Prohibited Use
You must not use any bloxlog.org application to:
- Interfere with or exploit the application
- Attempt unauthorised access or circumvent security measures
- Use it for unlawful purposes
- Intentionally disrupt other users
Intellectual Property
The bloxlog.org name, all application names, branding, code, and designs remain the property of their creators. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any part of our applications without explicit permission.
Suspension and Removal
We may restrict or remove access to any bloxlog.org application if these Terms are violated, an application is abused, or removal is needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Changes to Our Applications
Any bloxlog.org application may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Features and commands may change without notice. We may also release new applications that fall under these Terms.
Service Limitations
Our applications are utility tools and should not be treated as a guaranteed or complete record of all server activity. Events may be missed due to Fluxer platform limitations, insufficient permissions, or technical issues beyond our control.
Disclaimer
All bloxlog.org applications are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee that any application will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, bloxlog.org and its operators are not responsible for losses arising from:
- Missing audit events
- Service interruptions
- Incorrect configuration or user misuse
- Platform limitations
- Loss of access to logged information
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law doesn't permit it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version applies once published. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law requires otherwise.
